Since August 3rd, 2023, we have the opportunity to purchase the book
"BLS-EAC 1952-1992" (former Sabena Flight School), written by Paul Maenhaut, former pilot at Sabena and Sobelair, member of the "Old Flyers Club" Board and Secretary of the OFC Association. The book has a hard cover and weighs 1.5 kg.
It contains a very detailed story of each of the 35 promotions which, from 1952 to 1992, have attended that particular and ephemeral institution.

Among other things, you will find the evolution of the admission conditions,  of the statutes of the school, all the directors, teachers and instructors, the different aircraft used for training, the pictures most student-pilots, the relationship of many incidents and accidents, lots of anecdotes told by students themselves, etc...
